All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars. These are smaller than US, Australian and Canadian dollars, Euros and British pounds, which is nice if you’re overseas.
Payments are accepted via PayPal or bank transfer. You don’t need a PayPal account and can just enter your credit card details into the PayPal payment gateway.
New Zealand sales include GST. For international sales, the GST component of the price is put towards shipping costs, so it doesn’t feel like you’re spending too much on shipping.
Postage is flat rate, so it’s super simple. Better yet, postage is free for NZ orders over $50 and international orders over $80. The postage price will be shown during checkout.
Items are sealed in a protective cellophane sleeve and wrapped in recycled kraft paper. Then a cardboard layer is added for protection and anonymity. Perfect for gifting to someone nice, or even better, yourself. If you would like your parcel posted directly as a gift, please add a message during the checkout process or send me an email and I will include a note with the package.
Most items are sent by courier. Some smaller items may be sent by standard post. Cards ship for FREE!
For the rest of the world, standard international airmail is used which is insured, however untracked and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive during busy times. Your parcel will be carefully packaged to arrive safely. Cards ship for $3.00.
Please note, a customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. I am required to fill this in correctly and accurately. This shouldn’t be a problem for most, but be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred in the country of arrival and I am not able to refund for packages returned due to unpaid customs fees. Customs declarations are a bit of a party pooper so if the item being sent is for a gift, you will have to run and rip off the customs declaration or pre-inform the recipient to open the parcel with their eyes closed.
